COOK - FT, Days
at Lakeview Health
To ensure the preparation of food for residents, visitors and Lakeview staff while maintaining a high standard of quality food production and dining room service. Maintains infection control, sanitation and safety policies and procedures. Cooks are also responsible for leading/supervising dietary staff members in the absence of the Director, as well as providing day-to-day direction and on-the-job training as needed.
Ideal candidates will have at least one year of hospital-setting cooking or food preparatory experience and the ServSafe Food Handler certification.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5:30am-3:00pm, Schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday.
