Horizon Home Care and Hospice, located in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking Weekend Hospice Nurses to bring quality of life to the end of life. Enjoy a "5-day weekend" by taking Monday-Friday off and working every Saturday & Sunday 8am - 8pm or 10am - 10pm as a Weekend RN. You can care for patients strictly on weekends and still be eligible for FULL benefits and a competitive salary.
Besides being part of an amazing award winning team for a limited time our Weekend Visit Nurses are eligible for: Horizon Company Car, Extra week of Paid Time Off, School Loan Forgiveness up to $15,000 or $10,000 Hiring Bonus.
Qualifications include a degree from an Accredited School or Nursing, a current WI RN license, and 1-2 years of related experience. Horizon is looking for a warm, knowledgeable, and highly adaptable nurse to visit and care for hospice patients. The Weekend Visit RN travels to facilities and private residences throughout Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Waukesha, and Washington Counties to provide hands on care to a variety of hospice patients in accordance with their care plans.
Be advised that you must be available for 3 consecutive weeks and several additional days of Mon-Fri 1st shift Orientation.
