The Director of Kidney Care Consumer Marketing will serve as a key leader within the marketing team, working directly with the Sr. Director of Kidney Care Marketing to craft and implement marketing programs responsible for driving patient-consumer engagement with CVS Kidney Care’s product portfolio. The patient-consumer, in this case, has chronic kidney disease or kidney failure and can benefit from the products that CVS Kidney Care is prepared to provide. The Director of Consumer Marketing will be responsible for developing revenue-generating strategies and directing the execution of extensive and innovative marketing programs designed to reach and drive traffic and conversion on a local, regional and national scale. The person in this role should fuel the brand's growth and deliver optimal marketing impact and customer value while managing within budget. Near-term, s/he will lead the efforts of an external agency as well as internal cross-functional resources and eventually manage a small team of strategists and marketers.

Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have deep knowledge on D2C marketing campaign execution is a must.

Success will be measured by delivery of agreed-upon marketing plan(s) and campaign performance insights.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and implement integrated marketing and advertising programs that drive patient-consumer awareness and adoption. These programs must be grounded in key business initiatives and effectively drive revenue growth and maximize customer value. Responsible for all patient-consumer marketing channels, including digital marketing, email, direct mail and retail.
* Be a champion for the patient and generate quantitative and qualitative insights to influence brand and product strategy, product positioning, and product launch strategy.
* Monitor, analyze, and measure the effectiveness of brand and consumer marketing initiatives to develop insights and strategies in real time, short term and long term.
* Work with internal and external partners to develop, manage and adhere to the campaign timelines to ensure successful on-time launches of all deliverables.

Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of direct to consumer marketing experience, preferably in health care;
* 5+ years of leading teams
* Ability to clearly articulate and execute strategic vision, influence decisions, and drive leadership consensus.
* Proven track record of leading multi-channel marketing campaigns with successful, measurable results.
* Extensive experience working with marketing agency partners.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Comfort with delegation, along with the savvy to know when to get more deeply involved.
* Executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to create and deliver presentations to key stakeholders that effectively communicate key findings, and summarize insights and implications to communication strategies

Preferred Qualifications
Dialysis experience is a plus but not required

Education
* Bachelor's Degree required with a graduate degree preferred in marketing, communications, or related field.
* Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
