Job Overview:

The Program Manager role centers on the planning of core Office Furniture Move, Add and Change strategic projects as well as daily tactical tasks within a fast-paced multisite corporate environment.  This role includes, but is not limited to: project management, business analysis, coordination of cross-functional resources, supplier management, capital expenditure management and planning.  Additionally, this role will focus on driving the continuous improvement of various facilities service delivery processes associated with Add Move Change service space.
 

Job Duties

  1. Responsible for the planning, discovery, scheduling, organization, and facilitation of MAC projects to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and customer focus throughout projects associated with furniture, work station, common areas, collaborative and project/flex space 
  2. Responsible for planning and scheduling various project tasks for tactical resources and sub-contractors
  3. Oversees project progress, ensuring that timing, costs and contract/scope requirements are adhered to
  4. Gathers and analyzes information to prepare status reports when requested or expected as part of the project SOW
  5. Evaluates current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency and experience for customers throughout the MAC process
  6. Supervises large move projects, delegates tasks when appropriate, defined project lead for all MAC projects
  7. Update CAD Drawings and as-builds as appropriate and required for data integrity
  8. Works with ABM management and client to review design/standard changes, bring industry best practices and innovation to areas of space management, MAC, collaborative space and office/common area space furniture  
  9. Measure and manage cross-functional performance, particularly as it relates to project schedules and key milestones and objectives
  10. Responsible for assigned metrics and Key Performance Indicators and deliver to management and client on an agreed upon schedule
  11. Foster, develop, and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and sub-contractors/suppliers

  2. Possibility of exposure to a vehicle test environment

Organizational Relationships

 

  1. Reports to the National Account Director but interacts with client directly on a regular basis
  2. May supervise 1-2 employees
  1. Must have ability to multi-task in a high-expectation environment
  2. Must possess strong organizational skills
  3. Must have prior experience and able to operate CAD/CAFM software applications
  4. Must be process improvement oriented
  5. Previous experience in Corporate Facilities functions preferred but not required
  6. Previous experience in Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) and multi-site personnel Moves/Adds/Changes a plus
  7. Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings
  8. Bachelor degree with 5-10 years field experience preferred
  9. Must be an influential change management advocate with a proven track record of success
