Jobing Description
This position is responsible for origination of new residential mortgage loans. Will develop new business by establishing and maintaining relationships with real estate brokers and other key individuals and organizations in the community.
Responsible for closing loans and ensuring accuracy of all files as well as regulatory compliance. Cross-sells other services including bank products, insurance, brokerage, trust, and asset management.
Skills / Requirements
Successful candidate will be high school graduate or equivalent. Minimum 3 years mortgage originator experience required. Requires excellent sales, presentation, interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Requires involvement with community and other broker/real estate representatives. Must be a self-starter with demonstrated success in mortgage originations.
** Location either Kenosha or Racine and dependent on business need.
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the Safe Act of 2008.
