Job: Bank Operations Coordinator

First Bank Financial Centre is currently seeking a Bank Operations Coordinator for our corporate office in Oconomowoc. The Bank Operations Coordinator will handle reviewing account maintenance, assist with customer phone inquiries and provide support as a back-up for various other operations job responsibilities. This position is also responsible for processing and following through on proof and branch capture adjustments, Federal check adjustments, and currency transaction reporting.

Position Expectations:
Maintenance Review

Accurately completes account maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Adjustments

Investigates and resolves outstanding check adjustments.

Investigates and resolves daily proof adjustments.

Completes customer notifications of proof corrections accurately.

Prepares customer adjustment advice for proof corrections accurately.

Currency Transaction Reporting

Accurately completes currency transaction reporting daily.

Customer Service

Provides prompt, accurate, and distinctive customer service to all internal and external customers.

Communicates to branches the outcome of proof or check adjustments.

Conducts internal and external phone calls/inquiries.

Investigates customer issues and provides prompt follow through.

Prepares proper reporting of all calls received.

Legal and Regulatory Requirements Knowledge

Ensures compliance with state and federal laws, regulations and Bank lending policies and procedures.

Sends out letters for debit card charge backs and has appropriate follow-through.

Miscellaneous

Conducts back up to other Operations Support responsibilities.

Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate.

High School Diploma or GED.

Knowledge of various software programs such as MS Word.

Knowledge of MS Excel and a minimum of 1 year related experience in a financial setting preferred.
