Job Description

Imagine Yourself...


*Assisting the Registered Nurse with the daily care of patients, including bathing, oral hygiene, repositioning, ambulation, and feeding.

*Measuring and documenting blood pressures, TPRs (temperature, pulse, respiration), I & O (intake and output), and daily weights.

*Documenting requested information and promptly communicating observations, concerns and needs of the patient to the RN.

*Facilitating communications for the Nursing Unit.

General Qualifications

*Successful completion of a Basic Nursing Assistant training program.

*Certification by the state of Wisconsin.


Desired Qualifications

*Minimum of six months continuous experience in an acute care setting is desired.
