Job Description

Working at the Aurora Health Center in Walworth County located in the beautiful Geneva Lakes resort area 35 minutes south west of Milwaukee. Imagine yourself
*Greeting and registering the customer, completing all necessary forms, obtaining demographic and insurance information from the customer.
*Collecting customer co-payment and posting payments, and adding or updating customer file information on-line.

General Qualifications

*High school diploma or equivalent required.
* One year experience using mainframe or personal computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
*Office and Windows applications.
*One year customer service and/or receptionist experience, including both direct customer contact and contact via telephone.
*Ability to sort and file materials correctly by alpha and numeric system.
