The minimum starting pay for this entry level position is $8.32 (pay increases with experience in cash handling/customer service/sales) and an opportunity to earn a monthly sales incentive.

As a Teller you will:

• Aggressively promote, sell, and refer TCF products and services.
• Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank related products.
• Initiate and open new accounts while providing appropriate information on regulations and policies.
• Accurately process, verify, and key all transactions in a manner, which maintains TCF standards and high level of customer service.

YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION:

• A minimum of 6 months cash handling / customer service / sales experience in one position.
• Strong interest in Sales
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to perform necessary calculations.
• Ability to confidently approach prospective TCF customers and Promote a positive image of TCF Bank as well as its products and services
