Job Title Supervisor GI Services ASMC Building Code SE-Aurora Sinai Medical Center Address 945 N 12th St City Milwaukee # Hours Per Pay Period (Bi-weekly) 80 Schedule Fixed position Monday-Friday Weekend Hours: One Saturday per month as needed to staff additional procedure case load Req # (optional) 64507BR Explore a Career In GI Services Job Description Fast paced ambulatory endoscopy unit with both OP and IP populations. Responsible for day to day operations of GI Services to clinical and support staff. Responsible for implementing changes regarding unit structure and flow of personne. Performs human resource responsiblities for staff to include interviewing, staff evaluations and development. Responsible for achieving the optimum required level of productivity. Evaluates the quality of patient care provided by personnel. Develops and makes recommendations for patient care improvements and unit efficiencies. Promotes caregiver, patients and physician engagement. Collaborates with Clinical Nurse Specialist and GI regional leadership in a triad leadership relationship. Is a valued member of the GI leadership team throughout the Greater Milwaukee South and East Region. Skills / Requirements
General Qualifications
Current RN License in the state of WI. Knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform this position are typically acquired through 5 years of leadership in an Outpatient Department that also serves and IP population. Excellent leadership, interpersonal,communication, decision making and problem solving skills essential. Current certificate in BLS by an approved American Heart Association program. Desired Qualifications Previous GI Experience or procedural area experience.
