Job Description

Imagine yourself...

Responsible for the coordination of patient activities and workflow within a clinical area, and providing work direction to staff.

Ensuring department scheduling needs are addressed and assists the Manager as directed.

Assuming responsibility for the nursing unit, in the absence of the Manager.

General Qualifications

Current RN license State of WI.

Knowledge, skills and abilities to perform this job are typically acquired through five years of progressively responsible experience in nursing, advanced clinical and technical knowledge in areas of Surgery.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills in time management, critical thinking and problem solving.
