Asian Market Administrative Assistant The Asian Administrative Assistant will be fluent Bi-lingual Chinese/Englishand will provide the following functional work: - Administrative Assistance Support Vice President International in the following task areas· Manage Vice President's calendar for appointments and program· Set-up Staff Meetings and Program Schedules Set-up Meeting Support Infra-structure· Review VP's e-mail and assist with task allocation and follow-up for responsiveness. Assist and support communications - International Group Financial Activity Support - Monitor accounts receivables at OIC and across all International Subsidiaries develop – " Age the Receivables Reports " , conduct payment follow up procedures to obtain receivables collected to the established levels of credit policies· Monitor Group Credit Insurance Procedures and assist implementation to keep OIC and subsidiaries within corporate policies - Marketing Support Functionality· Manage and Conduct International Visitor Logistics and Visitor Hospitality· Support to International Staff for Preparation of Power Point and Multi-Media Presentations· Manage the International Segment Website interactive requirements customer enquiries· Manage the distribution of Oilgear's International Commercial and Technical Product Catalogs· Manage and coordinate the implementation of Trade Show and Road Show Events back with main office for product sample, literature and multi-media support - Sales Order Entry ( assistance to the Sales Order Correspondent ) · Process look-up of pricing on main frame computer ability to understand various sales channel discounting and establish itemized pricing for order entry· Process Oilgear Order Entry Programs to enter International Customer/Subsidiary Sales Order· Process Order International Shipment Logistics and Invoicing- Qualifications· Bi-lingual Chinese/English to support an objective of ~ US$ 30 million - $ 40 million in Chinese market revenues- Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese customers and subsidiaries in China and other Asian localities· Abilities to provide Marketing Support Functionality- Support to International Staff for Preparation of Power Point and Multi-Media Presentations- Manage the International Segment Website interactive requirements customer enquiries- Manage and Conduct International Visitor Logistics, Hospitality- Abilities to provide Order Entry and Processing Support- Thorough understanding International Terms of Payments and Collection Processes " Incoterms " - Thorough understanding of Export Packing / Shipment Preparation- Thorough understanding of Inland Freight and Handling, Air Freight and handling, and ocean freight and handling
