Social Workers in the float pool provide back up support for our scheduled Social Workers. Social Workers in the pool, plan, implement and facilitate discharge planning and social service intervention for illness-related situations for patients and their families.
Position requires a current State of Wisconsin license as a Social Worker. Completion of a Masters Degree in Social Work with casework in medical social work preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Social Worker in an acute care setting is essential. Need to demonstrated strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
