Responsible for all essential functions of a Medical Assistant with emphasis on phlebotomy, injections, vital signs and customer service. This position will assist the Occupational and Health Wellness Department with the delivery of the system wide Health Risk Appraisal Process, Wellness Programs, annual flue campaign, respiratory fit testing, nurse practitioner clinic and other duties assigned in the clinic. May require travel to West Bend, Community Memorial Hospital - Menomonee Falls, Froedtert Hospital - Milwaukee and the Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls.

Position Requirements:
1. Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program (Associate, Diploma or Certificate) required. Incumbents in the position prior to April, 2008 may substitute this educational requirement with the following statement - minimum of 2 years work experience in an outpatient setting preferred.

2. Minimum of two (2) years work experience in a clinic setting with venipuncture experience.

3. CPR required within introductory period.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

5. High level of written communication skills.
