Job Description

Is principle contact for department, has access to patients personal/financial information and medical records. Provides information to all areas of hospital and physicians office, answers and screens incoming/clinical phone calls, assists in admission or scheduling functions, attempts to resolve any issue to customer satisfaction

General Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Must have clerical and/or reception experience, preferably in a medical environment. Also required to have excellent communication skills and past customer service experience. Bilingual skills are an asset.

Desired Qualifications

Medical Terminology and Medical Insurance experience helpful
