General Qualifications

* High School Education or equivalent.

* Minimum of 100 hours of group exercise instruction in the past year.

* Certification within 6 months of employment from one of the following: American Council of Exercise, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, American College of Sports Medicine, National Dance Exercise Instructor Training Association, United States Water Fitness Association, or Aquatics Exercise Association.

* Current American Red Cross Certifications as follows:
*CPR for the Professional Rescuer

Automated External Difibulator (AED).

First Aid


Desired Qualifications

* Proficient instruction in spin, total body interval, Zumba, BODYPUMP, and/or aquatic fitness.
