Job: Assistant Customer Service Rep

In need of an individual to take low to medium volume of calls daily. Position assists customer service department by taking overflow calls and also assists the department by doing general clerical duties such as filing when not needed on the phones. Must have high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of call center experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. $10 -11/hr. First shift contract position with possibility of being hired as a CSR in the future.
