Responsibilities:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Supports the assigned market in developing its TMS opportunities.& Manage and advise a small group of Treasury Management Sales Bankers in specific geographical regions.& Ensure team of Sales Managers and Sales Associates meet or exceed annual Treasury Management Sales goals.& Direct expense control.& Executes strategic plans designed to grow Treasury management business and promote team synergy.& Assists in managing the markets treasury management portfolio.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree&
5 - 6 years work experience in the Treasury Management or Commercial Banking environment
1 - 3 years supervisory experience
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation desired

Other Information

This position will manage the existing NE & NW Wisconsin.& & Travel will be required.& Residency is negotiable dependant upon applicant qualifications.& This position may hire at another grade level dependant on applicant's experience.
