Responsibilities:

Primary Function:
Has responsibility for restructuring adversely graded loans ("Special Assets") of relatively modestsize and complexity, working closely with officials of lending and borrowing institutions to better secure collateral, equity, or other assets of the borrower, and other activities designed to preserve the loan principal, gather interest as possible, and prevent the loan from being charged off.

Bachelors degree
3-4 years professional work experience in related field

Other Information

Commercial collections experience.& Collection of A/R, inventory, equipment, and CRE.& SBA collection experience, good writing skills, experience closing businesses, experience working with appraisers, auctioneers, legal receivers, and attorneys.& Strong communication skills - outside attorneys, etc., customers, as well as lenders.& Will need to write letters and put together spreadsheets using excel.& Needs to think outside the box.

Specialized skills include: 3 to 4 years in related field, multiline telephone, typing skills, cash handling, reconcilement, customer service, PC skills/word processing, and ability to travel 5-10% of the time.
