Responsibilities:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:& &
This position provides the sales staff in the preparation and recommendation of formal sales proposals and related materials.& & The individual is responsible for analyzing new business proposal requests and drafting the written proposal response.& The position also works closely with areas outside of our division.

Basic Qualifications:

2 years of College
1-2 years retirement plan approvals experience

You will be responsible for responding to requests for proposals (RFP's) and requests for information (RFI's) for retirement plan services, investment management, custody, and other institutional trust services.& Maintain database of firm information, including updating information and ensuring continued applicability of RFP and RFI responses.& Provide firm information to internal and external centers of influence.& Assist in development of presentations to current and prospective clients.& Overtime required as needed.& Bachelor's Degree in related field desired.& Three years experience in finance/investment management field and experience in investment management, sales and marketing desired.& Strong writing and communication skills, ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines desired.
