Responsibilities:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Manages a small portfolio of client relationships, acting as their primary resource for all financial products and services, and services needs of all customers. Additional responsibilities include developing new client relationships from referrals and making referrals to Financial Advisors, Business Bankers and Mortgage Bankers.

Basic Qualifications:

High school graduate or GED
3 or more years of banking or sales experience.

Other Information

Sells, services and retains existing and prospective client relationships through the sale of financial products and services.& Must have a thorough knowledge of policies, procedures and practices in retail banking and consumer lending and has minimal lending authority.& Exercises limited use of portfolio management practices.& Must have excellent time management skills and ability to make effective telephone sales calls.

Specialized skills include: College degree preferred, Saturday hours required, cash handling, customer service PC skills/word processing, outstanding sales, interpersonal and communication skills.& Previous sales or financial service experience preferred.& Good understanding of financial products, services, pricing and profitability.
