Responsibilities:

Primary Function:

This position is responsible for the accurate and timely data verification, balancing and processing of contributions, investment elections, new enrollments and certain maintenance files for both Daily and Balance Forward accounts. Additional responsibilities include processing PC-ACP files, depositing funds, calculating match files, creating special reports, authorize on-line and flex loan checks, prioritizing, and problem resolution. Position provides coverage for other Contribution Specialists during periods of peak volume, vacations, training, flex or illness.

Your primary duty as a member of the Plan Change Request group will be to complete plan change requests.& Plan change requests to be handled by this group include: fund add/change, GP/AP OmniPlus plan review, GP/AP plan setup, online enrollment setup, Roth setup, etc.& You will work closely with other members of the Technical Team to keep existing setup procedures/tasks in line with product and system functionality, as well as, developing setup procedures/tasks for new products and features.& Finally, you may be assigned to assist other members of the Technical Team with the testing and implementation of department-wide initiatives (OmniPlus upgrade, phone/web upgrade, etc.).& Three to four years experience in defined contribution/401K field.& Knowledge of ERISA, IRS code, DOL regulations, Treasury regulations and other industry specific legislation.desired.& Location of position:& Appleton or Milwaukee.
