PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for developing and managing Corporate Marketing projects and programs that support the mission and goals of the Corporate Marketing team.& The Marketing Integration Manager will work collaboratively with the Corporate Marketing Director and the Corporate and Regional marketing managers in the development and administration of the Strategic Plan. The incumbent is responsible for seeking out and fostering points of integration across the marketing team, which supports our corporate goals as well as those of the individual lines of business. This person will develop and monitor performance metrics while developing methods to share them with M&I Executive staff. The Marketing Integration Manager will assist with budgeting, internal communications, and developing and leading department wide processes and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 10 years professional work experience in related field.
