Responsibilities:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:&
The Lockbox Associate II is responsible for delivering a high quality, low cost service to Lockbox wholesale and retail customers by providing accurate and timely processing of lockbox payments in a high volume, deadline oriented environment through the use of Linux based proprietary software and associated scanning, sorting, and mail opening equipment.& Must be able to work on complex or problematic accounts with high degree of accuracy.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
6 months - 1 year experience as a Lockbox Associate I or related work experience

Within a clerical production process, using the RIDS-VIcor platform and following customer specific instructions, deposit checks for corporate customers of M&I Bank.& Responsibilities and duties to achieve this goal: (1) Following Standard Operating Procedures, open and& extract payments; (2) Operate Check processing equipment, for example, i-Tran, IBMI, and Desktop scanner; (3) using keying assistance technology, key customer specific fields from supplemental details; (4) Re-Associating and sending out going packages to our customers; and (5) Ability to work overtime and weekends as work demands require.

Specialized Skills Include: 2 years in Bank Operations field, working with team members, using newest imaging technology, excellent data entry keying ability; success in producing a high quality product; demonstrated ability to work with customer deadlines, broad understanding of imaging technology and electronic Image Cash Letters.

Hours for this position: Monday - Friday (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
