Responsibilities:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Manage team(s) assigned to assess the Corporation¿s loan quality and adequacy of management¿s credit administration processes.& Establish and maintain relationships with applicable senior line of business managers.

BASIC QUALFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree
5-6 years professional work experience in related field

-Maintain strong industry knowledge of areas assigned, including applicable regulations.& This includes monitoring and evaluating new developments and changes in regulations.
-Establish and maintain relationships with applicable senior line of business managers.
-Coordinate and manage special projects when assigned.
-Support Senior Division Management as needed.
-Provide consultative reviews of loan quality and promoting understanding of risks and appropriate internal controls.
-Provide accurate and timely reports of significant findings and related recommendations, assessing the overall operating effectiveness of auditees' control environments, obtaining appropriate management action plans, and distributing reports and action plans to the appropriate levels of management.
-Ensure productive, coordinated relationships with regulators and external auditors.
-Manage controllable costs.
-Secure and utilize external resources when necessary.
-Prepare and maintain appropriate backup for all assigned functions.

Bachelors Degree (Emphasis in Finance, Accounting or related major)
Licenses/Certification Professional certification preferred (CPA, Loan Review, Etc)
5+ years in Loan Reviews and/or Credit Analysis
