Responsibilities:

Primary Function:

Successfully increase assets under management and revenue through direct sales of products and services available through M&Is brokerage, insurance, banking and trust divisions.& Key areas of focus include:& Business Development, Sales, Compliance, Customer Service, Team Building and Technical Skills.& The general strategy employed by the Financial Advisor will be to develop and maintain a book of business by executing a comprehensive business plan.&
This plan will focus on generating new business by developing external opportunities that exist within the Financial Advisor's natural market, leveraging the internal resources that exist within M&Is Community Banking Network, and expanding existing client relationships.

Bachelors degree
2-4 years of successful sales experience in the financial planning, investment or insurance industry.
Completion of NASDs Series 7 and 63 and life insurance license required.& & Health insurance licenses must be obtained within the first six months of employment.
