Primary Function:
This is an entry to mid level position in the Online Product Support Department that is responsible for performing account set-up and maintenance to all systems supported by the department and verification of customer information.& Systems supported are Deposit, CIS, eManager, Deluxe Check Reorder, CST (Bill Payment), SAT (WebView), MiWeb, and SAM (S1 Business Product).& Initiate Sale Incentives for Bankers who have sold Treasury Management Products.& This position requires external and internal customer assistance via telephone and email.

High school diploma or equivalent.
One to two years related bank experience with one year M&I systems experience

Other Information

Individual will be responsible for supporting the products of Consumer Online Banking, Online Banking for Business, Business Online Banking, InterNetConnect, WebView and DepositEdge.& Support includes customer validation for CIP requirements, enrollment of online banking accounts and analyzing and performing maintenance requests received.& Each product line is supported by its own unique administrative tool which requires employees to gain a working knowledge of department software applications and systems.& Employee will assist Bankers, Treasury Management Associates, Metavante and M&I Support Services individuals in the resolution of issues, provide directions and clarification of information via phone call and email.
