Responsibilities:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Function as the Bank's primary contact with the public. Work directly with clients, manage a cash drawer, involve the receipt and payment of negotiable instruments, and handle client inquiries or concerns. Recognize situations that suggest a client's need for additional services and refers the client to the appropriate department.

Basic Qualifications:

6 months Customer Service Experience


Other Information

Responsible for accurately processing a wide variety of bank transactions, managing a cash drawer and balancing it daily, and making sales referrals for bank products and services.& Cash handling experience, a professional appearance and strong communication skills are required.

Specialized skills include: 2-4 years in customer services or sales experience, multiline telephone, typing 35 wpm, 10-key and reconcilement.

Hours for this position: varies Monday - Friday (7:15 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.) and alternate Saturdays.
