Responsibilities:

Primary Functions:
Effectively manage the collections activities for unsecured and/or Credit Card (Consumer, Business and Commercial) programs.& This position will have ultimate responsibility to provide leadership to a group exceeding 20 FTE at times to protect the bank assets.& & Will work with Retail Collections to obtain/share best practices. The incumbent must act in the best interest of the customer as well as M&I and other stakeholders.&

Bachelors degree
8-10 years professional work experience in credit card or related collections services field
4-5 years managing unsecured credit card collections programs, preferably both consumer and commercial, however with emphasis on consumer

This position can be located in the Madison or Milwaukee area.
