Responsibilities:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Consult with Capital Markets Group Originators and Commercial Banking Relationship Managers with respect to underwriting, structure, terms, conditions, pricing and fees considering credit market conditions and requirements specific to prospective lending partners

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree
5+ years industry related experience

SPECIFIC DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
¿Develop, implement and maintain syndication policy for area of assigned responsibility.
¿Consult with company, buyer and Originator/Relationship Manager on agenda for bank meeting.& Set calendar and manage process for a successful loan closing.
¿Prepare and issue indicative term sheet.
¿Document the transaction.& Lead negotiations with customer and bank group.& Oversee funding of the transaction.
¿Monitor company performance and communicate with bank group, as appropriate.& Schedule bank meetings at least annually.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in underwriting, modeling and structuring complex, multi-bank credit facilities.
Excellent communication skills.
In depth knowledge of loan agreements and other legal documents.& Understanding of important inter-creditor issues.
Demonstrated ability to lead relationships with all key stakeholders.
Negotiate skillfully with both internal and external groups.
