Responsibilities:

Primary Function:
You will answer all incoming calls through M&I Direct in a prompt and professional manner.& Develop a basic knowledge of M&I Bank products, services and processes.& Display a strong aptitude for PC skills, handle basic teller functions relative to a call center environment and handle personal banker functions in regards to setting up services and deposit accounts.& Identify sales opportunities regarding loan products and handle seasonal inquiries as trained, such as year-end tax inquiries.

High School or GED
3 or more years work experience in related field

Other Information

Candidate must be bi-lingual in Spanish.& Hours for this position:& Monday - Friday, hours between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. plus varied hours on rotating weekends.
