Job ID: 928022 Location: , WI Full/Part Time: Full-Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Responsibilities: PRIMARY FUNCTION:& With assistance, describes the condition or capability needed by a customer or system to solve a problem or achieve an objective for medium to large, high complexity projects.& The document captures the business need without including views on enhancements needed to the application to satisfy the requirement.& The specification answers the question of& why does the customer need this? Requirements should be sufficiently defined to enable the development of a functional design.& Analyst may review the specifications with the customer, users, and other stakeholders to validate accuracy.& Provide mentoring to BAI and BAII. Skills / Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree 3-4 years professional work experience in related field Other Information Work with business partners to understand and document requirements. Help translate those requirements into development designs. Produce test plans and exercise test scripts to confirm development supports the requirements provided. Experience with browser based applications in support of business purpose lending and related banking services. Knowledge of tools used to produce business requirements plus testing methodologies. General Duties:& Problem Solving;& Client Service Orientation;& Communication Skills;& Knowledge Sharing;& Teamwork;& Personal Time Management;& Resourcefulness Business & Systems Analysis Duties:& & Ability to create new application functionality for the business lines as well as make application code, configuration and workflow changes to support business needs.& Business Requirements Gathering and Assimilation; Functional Design; Testing & Test Case Development; Documentation; Application Testing and Troubleshooting; Data definitions; Data design; Report Definition and Design; Report creation using Crystal Reports or similar tool.& Knowledge and ability to make application configuration changes.& Batch integration support using Connectware or similar tool.& Testing Independently writes and executes overall technical and functional test plans to ensure that the application is working properly.& Identifies errors and tracks changes to update documentation. Writes and conducts integration testing which may include the use of batch/scripting languages databases, and client files or third party software testing tools. Tracks test results to determine percentage decrease in rework. Critical Linkages Coordinate Critical Linkage activities within the technology area as well as with clients. Communicate with all business partners as well as the business partners & managers on the various projects.& This includes sharing information with team. Project Management Estimates work efforts and provide input to resource needs, work completion dates, task plans and project plans. May act as a lead resource for a project. Independently manages to project goals and dates. Other duties include: Project Planning; Project Scheduling; Project Communications and Project Status Updates; Demonstrated Leadership Skills; Professional and Ethical Demeanor.
