Responsibilities:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Builds, develops, coaches and manages a successful team of bankers while matrix-line managing business partners within a branch or branches.& The Branch Manager acts as the Team Leader responsible for individual production, team business development and client management within a branch or branches.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
3-4 years banking experience.

Successfully directs and manages branch sales and service effort, resulting in profitability as indicated on the Branch Performance Scorecards.& Key areas of focus include:& Sales, Coaching, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet Growth, Audit, Retail Training, and Customer Service.& Responsible for selecting, hiring, developing and managing branch personnel, by encouraging individual growth and advancement.& Develops new client relationships and manages a portfolio of high value clients.

2-3 years in banking with management and sales experience.& Outstanding sales, interpersonal and communication skills.& Extensive knowledge of financial industry products, services, pricing, and regulatory issues, profitability, policies and procedures.& Good computer skills.& Strong organizational and time management skills.& Weekend and evening hours required.
