PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Builds, develops, coaches and manages a successful team of bankers while matrix-line managing business partners within a branch or branches.& & The Branch Manager acts as the Team Leader responsible for individual production, team business development and client management within a branch or branches.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
2-3 years banking experience.
