Job Title: Audit Senior Analyst I
Job ID: 927681 Location: , WI Full/Part Time: Full-Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Responsibilities: PRIMARY FUNCTION: Evaluate the risk and control environment of the auditee to determine the control activities to be assessed within audit fieldwork.& Responsible for the coordination and timely completion of assigned audit work, as well as the production of accurate, complete, and organized workpapers by the team.& Perform sound and unbiased analysis/evaluation of all work within the scope of the engagement, including work completed by staff assigned.& & Effectively communicate verbally and in writing, and work well with others both inside and outside the department. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree 2-4 years professional auditing or relevante experience Other Information SPECIFIC DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: *Obtain understanding of auditee risk and control environment through discussion with line of business management, documented procedures, etc.& *Determine control activities to be assessed based on understanding of auditee.& *Coordinate test work and supervise staff during audit engagements assigned in order to complete the engagements within budget and milestones established during planning. *Recommend solutions and supervise staff to formulate solutions that demonstrate an understanding of the line of business and displays sensitivity to the needs of audit clients or others involved. *Communicate verbally and in writing results of work assigned (audit, monitoring, or project).& *Review work performed by staff and provide verbal feedback to improve staff performance. *Coordinate and supervise special projects/investigations (i.e., fraud investigations, compliance related concerns, special requests from audit clients or Division/Executive management, etc.). *Initiate, develop, and enhance relationships with LOB managers and co-workers, through formal and informal networks, to facilitate client needs and enhance overall career development.& & & *Lead the team to make improvements to audit process.& & & *Consistently display a positive attitude with clients, division managers, and team members. *Develop/Enhance understanding of the industry and related rules and regulations, as well as an understanding of the internal systems and operations of the areas assigned within the team.& Take responsibility for transferring knowledge to others on the team. *Be familiar with the Corporate structure and Division and Corporate policies and procedures *Perform other related duties as assigned. Bachelors Degree with emphasis in Accounting or Finance Relevant experience in commercial and/or retail lending compliance, underwriting and/or operations.
