The Milwaukee Division will focus on cutting edge healthcare topics custom tailored for our
clients, including those who are being awarded part of the President’s Healthcare & Technology
Stimulus Package. You will be calling on top executives in leading hospitals around the
United States, providing opportunities for them to expand their knowledge base and
improve processes at our renowned symposiums.

While our topic matter varies across practice areas, each conference is specific and
targeted to a certain area or budget center. Many new programs are being designed to
dovetail with the new stimulus package for the healthcare industry and the accompanying
mandates. We are immediately seeking highly motivated individuals
to join our team and grow with us.

Skills / Requirements
As an Account Executive, you will provide professional sales, marketing and sponsorship
opportunities in support of our world-class production department. You will be responsible for boosting sales by leveraging existing company owned leads to create more opportunities in the sales cycle and occasional research on identifying new industries and trends within your assigned market. We provide base salary + high commission, benefits, paid vacation and 401(K). Expected first year earnings between $35,000 - $50,000, with year two at +$60K. Please be available for an accelerated interview process and hiring if selected as a candidate.

What we require:

• Bachelors Degree (Business preferred) and/or 2 years in sales required, with inside B2B sales preferred
• Dedicated, driven individuals with a strong work ethic
• Patience to tackle new concepts along a steep learning curve
• Aptitude to negotiate and close business via the phone
• Highly motivated to succeed and grow into an expanded role
• Ability to explain how a deficiency in one of the above categories shouldn’t stop us from interviewing you for the position and your next career
