Combined in 1997, ACL now serves 22 hospitals and over 80 ambulatory clinics, as well as a large independent client base. Our clinical laboratory settings offer a wide variety of employment opportunities within the lab, and are based out of geographical locations that range from large metropolitan cities to rural settings. Utilizing state of the art technology, ACL performs tests in all the standard disciplines, as well as industrial toxicology (heavy metals), forensic toxicology (drug testing), cytogenetics, molecular, and immunology. ACL is a growing and progressive endeavor offering rewarding positions within a quality laboratory environment. Imagine yourself *Assisting the pathologist/pathology assistant in performing autopsies. *Preparing the bodies for the funeral director. *Performing computer data entry. *Performing detailed specimen processing, storage and retrieval. *Maintaining records, and performing cleaning duties. This is a full-time, 1st shift position in the Histology Department at Auora St. Luke's Medical Center. Skills / Requirements
General Qualifications
*High school diploma. *Some knowledge of biologic sciences and medical terminology preferred. *Six months of related experience preferred.
