Job Description: Rogers Memorial Hospital has a TEMPORARY full-time or part-time opportunity available for a Registered Nurse to provide key leadership in advancing our health and wellness initiatives. He/she also coordinates and monitors employee health services, evaluates outcomes, and communicates findings within committee participation and community partnerships. Other responsibilities include: - Data collection/ interpretation - Hospital associated infections - Infection control reporting statistics and trending - Employee Health - Workers compensation - Significant exposures and reportable diseases - Lab results/ follow-up

Requirements: Education/Training Requirements: Successful candidate will hold current WI RN license, preferably BSN, have knowledge in microbiology and antibiotic pharmacology, APIC certification preferred, computer proficiency, understanding of OSHA regulations and requirements.
