Job Description: Rogers Memorial Hospital, the area's leader in behavioral health services, is currently recruiting for Social Workers to join our team! Our Oconomowoc location has an opening for full-time, am shift; while our West Allis location has openings for pool, am shift. Primary responsibilities include: providing case management and therapeutic interventions for all assigned patients, completing assessments, assisting with discharge planning, and completing group sessions with patients.

Requirements: Education Requirements are a Master's Degree in Social Work or related field. A current Wisconsin Social Worker license or Professional Counselor certificate, in good standing is required. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques for all age groups, understand the dynamics of human growth and behavior, and have a minimum of two years' experience working in a clinical setting serving specified population with mental health disorders.
