Date Posted: 9/19/08 Job Description: Job Duties & Responsibilities: Rogers Memorial Hospital, the area's leader in behavioral health services, is recruiting for a Part-time Chaplain to join our team! The Chaplain provides interfaith, non-denominational, spiritual care services in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and spiritual care program coordinate or with medical director and/or attending physician's approval in each program, to patients at Rogers Memorial Hospital in Oconomowoc. This position requires an individual who can work in a pluralistic, spiritual environment respecting the diversity of religious institutions, organizations and beliefs represented by our patient population. Due to the fact the vast majority of our patient population that requests spiritual care services identify themselves as Christians, it would be prudent for this individual to be ordained within a recognized Christian denomination, have theological training and experience, and/or training in a clinical environment. Skills / Requirements
Requirements: 1. Masters level theological training from an accredited Christian seminary. 2. Minimum of one (1) year ministry experience or clinical training in a clinical/behavioral health setting. 3. Ordination with a recognized Christian denomination. 4. Complete all CBRF/RCC training. 5. Computer proficiency and working knowledge of software programs, including Windows packages. 6. Valid Wisconsin drivers license. Must be granted insurable status by the Rogers Memorial Hospital insurance policy.
