Job Description

Work 7 days on and have 7 days off!

Salaried position with full-time benefits!

Conduct initial assessment and establish the plan of care.

Provide one-on-one care that allows you to have an impact on outcomes.

Treat patients holistically and provide individualized care.

Continue to grow and develop nursing skills by serving a full spectrum of health and illness issues.

Enjoy independence and autonomy in your practice.

Educate patients to help them self manage their illness.

Work 5pm-10pm making home visits and be on-call 10pm-8am for 7 days in a row and then have 7 days off in a row.

General Qualifications

Valid WI RN License
Valid WI Drivers License, insured vehicle, good driving record.
2 years of RN experience in acute care setting or in home care.

Desired Qualifications

Home Care experience is strongly preferred.
