Assuming the responsibility for caseloads consisting of patients in specialty areas.

Conducting initial assessment and establishing the plan of care.

General Qualifications



*Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) granted by the State of Wisconsin.

*Minimum one year of nursing experience in an acute care setting, three years is preferred.

*Proficient clinical skills with the ability to make sound judgements.

*Also must have Valid WI Drivers License, a reliable vehicle, and a good driving record.
