Job Description

Aurora Health Care was created around the idea that there is a better way to provide health care. We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work at our Fond du Lac location in the Family Medicine Dept. Imagine yourself... Eliciting a personal medical history and physical exam, assessing and determining differential diagnosis. See yourself prescribing accordingly, along with dictating, signing and maintaining records according to established standards and guidelines and consulting with the physician as appropriate. This is an exciting opportunity with Aurora, offering patients everything from pharmacy, radiology, day surgery and more, all on-site.

General Qualifications


*Master of Science degree in Nursing with certification by appropriate governing body and current Wisconsin Registered Nurse licensure.
*Must have previous clinical experience in assigned specialty.
*Eligibility or current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) prescribing privileges.
*Ability to work as a member of a health care team.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills.
*Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
