Due to an internal transfer, Greenfield Rehab has an opening for a full time Physical Therapist in West Allis and Milwaukee. Join our team of established professionals in a skilled nursing facility with a focus on short-term rehab. Work with a wide variety of patients. We need your help to help our patients return home.

Minimum of a BS in Physical Therapy and State of Wisconsin PT license. One year of long-term care experience preferred but not required.
