Position Description

Argus Technical Services is seeking a PLC Programmer/Maintenance person for a contract to direct hire position with a client in Milwaukee, WI. This individual must be open to travel to all plant locations in Milwaukee and Ozaukee County. This person must be flexible on shift depending on when the need aries. Main shift will be 1st shift. PLC Programming will be approximately 80% of the job and the other 20% will be machine maintenance. Candidates should have a machine maintenance background as well. The ideal candidate will have a packaging, filling or printing background. This position requires STRONG PLC PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE.

- Allen Bradley PLC's
- Servo Drives, drive controllers, variable frequency drive controllers.
- Min of 2-years Programming, industrial maintenance
- Capable of working at various SE Wisconsin plants
- Proficient in problem solving
- Proficient in electrical, mechanical and hydraulics as it applies to high speed machinery.
- Good written and verbal skills
- Program maps, ladder logic and data transfer registers.
