Youth Development Specialist-Milwaukee

St. Charles Youth & Family Services, a provider of residential and shelter care programs, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Youth Development Specialist.

This position provides for the safety of staff and clients through crisis intervention when appropriate; implements independent individual life skills, assists in the planning and monitoring of daily activities of youth, as well as provides support service to youth based on their service plans and program goals.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's/Associate's degree preferred. Must have a minimum one year of experience with at-risk youth; Childcare certification preferred. Requires a valid WI driver's license and approval by our agency's insurance provider.
