General Qualifications
*A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. *Wisconsin State Licensure required. *Must obtain CPR certification within three months of hire. *Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, organization, problem solving, and decision-making skills required. *The ability to work self-directed and as a team. Customer service skills are essential. *Positive and professional manner with strong communication skills. *Able to multi-task, prioritize, handle multiple demands and have excellent follow through. Desired Qualifications *Experience with electronic medical records *Splinting experience a plus *Physician relationship building/marketing skills preferred.
