This scheduled Full-time role position is responsible for designing and delivering clinical systems training to all clinicians including but not limited to; faculty, residents, nursing, ancillary staff and all supporting clinic staff. This role will focus on instructing clinical providers how to utilize our clinical information systems and electronic medical records for improvements in accessing patient information throughout the enterprise working toward goals of improved care plan decision making and patient care safety. This role will also work in a consultative role as a fully functioning supporting member of the EpicCare Implementation team and will provide ongoing user support and system testing as needed.

This role is responsible for the delivery of end-user training and support of enterprise applications.
Requires a minimum of 2 years direct clinical experience in either an inpatient or ambulatory setting assisting or providing direct patient care, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or clinical management experience highly preferred.
Requires 3+ years previous adult teaching experience, both one-on-one and classroom style.
Experience developing training materials and technical documentation through the use of Microsoft Office 2000 or XP. Experience with the Internet and development of web-based training a plus.
Requires superior customer service, communication and presentation skills.
Candidate should possess strong analytical and business skills in under to assist with design of best-practices, identify learning needs and assist with system usability testing.
Previous experience implementing, supporting or training Epic Systems' EMR a plus.
