On Call?:

The Director has overall responsibility for the administrative and clinical functions of the Hematology Oncology and BMT outpatient services. The director is accountable for human resources management, quality of care, operational improvement, budget management, patient and staff satisfaction, and compliance with the standards of regulatory agencies.

Bachelor's Degree required; Masters in Management or Business preferred; RN license in the State of Wisconsin; OCN required; five years experience in oncology (preferably at an academic institution); experience in leadership roles in oncology; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
