Individual will be the first point of contact in managing day to day relationship with our commercial clients. Ability to work independently with limited oversight and problem solve at a high level. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to apply knowledge or skills at the highest level in insurance industry to make decision on both method or tools required to do the job. Must possess great communication skills and have the ability to work as a key business partner with our current commercial team in remarketing renewal business and retaining current clients.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a minimum of eight years experience in commercial insurance client service Must hold a Property Casualty license and Industry designation are preferred. Strong technology skills and experience successfully working in an highly automated organization. Must be dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Must possess the functional, technical knowledge and the skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment. Must use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions. Practices attentive and active listening. Has the patience to hear people out and can accurately restate the opinions of others even when they disagree.
